Sriracha Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Using Muy Fresco® Plant-Based Cheddar Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 8 cups

    Cauliflower florets

  • 2 tbsp

    Extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 tsp

    Salt

  • 2 tbsp

    Hot sauce

  • 2 tbsp

    Sriracha

  • 1 tbsp

    Margarine, melted

  • 1 tbsp

    Lemon juice

  • 1 bunch

    Fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1/2 cup

    Muy Fresco® Plant-Based Cheddar Cheese Sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. Toss cauliflower in oil and salt.

  3. Spread on a baking sheet and roast cauliflower for 15 minutes.

  4. Combine hot sauce, Sriracha, margarine and lemon juice.

  5. Coat cauliflower with mixture.

  6. Return to oven for 5 more minutes.

  7. Prepare Muy Fresco® Plant-Based Cheddar Cheese Sauce according to package directions and serve as side.

  8. Sprinkle with parsley.
