Chicken Alfredo Flatbread

Using Muy Fresco® Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce

Ingredients

Yield: 1 flatbread

  • 40 oz

    Muy Fresco® Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce

  • 1 (about 4.4 oz/8.5-x 4-inch)

    Flatbread shell

  • 1/2 cup/2 oz

    Mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 3 oz

    Chicken, cooked and sliced

  • 1/3 cup/1 oz

    Mushrooms, thinly sliced

  • 2 Tbsp

    Bacon bits

  • 2 tsp

    Olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp

    Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 tsp

    Fresh parsley, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.

  2. Spread 40 oz Muy Fresco® Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce over flatbread shell, leaving 1/2-inch border. Top with mozzarella, chicken, mushrooms and bacon bits. Drizzle with oil.

  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley. Slice before serving.
